There will not be a change in garbage and recycling collection for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. Please have your garbage, recycling and yard waste set out for service by 6:00 AM.
The San Carlos Administration Office, Transfer Station, The Recyclery Buy-Back Center, and Ox Mountain Sanitary Landfill will be closed.

April 5th and April 19th
Spring Compost Events
Rethink Waste.org and Allied team will be teaming up with member communities to give away compost this Spring. The compost is made from local yard trimmings collected every other week at the curb, and composted at a nearby composting facility. Residents will be able to take up to 1 cubic yard of compost (about six full garbage cans) at no charge from selected locations as long as supply lasts.
